The Club
A standing table in Exeter.
Exeter Whiskey Club is a private members society that meets on the second Friday of every month. It began with The First Flight in October 2025 — one rye, one bourbon, one Irish — and has kept a ledger of every pour since.
One address, every time.
Every club night is held at 122 South E Street in Exeter, California. There is no host rotation to remember and no borrowed room to dress for the occasion. The house is part of the ritual.

The Derby Social
Every JuneOne second Friday each June belongs to the Derby Social. The flight gives way to a Mint Julep, members gather with their wives, and the tasting ledger pauses for the evening.

The Induction
Spoken AloudA new member answers the code aloud before the pin goes on the lapel.
- Sip with intention.
- Share what you know, and stay curious about what you do not.
- Honor the pour, the people, and the story behind the glass.
- Always leave the night better than you found it.
We do not chase the burn. We earn the finish.
