The Next Pour
Reading the ledger…
One table. Three pours.
A verdict worth remembering.
The members choose the theme. The Bottle Steward builds the flight. A classic cocktail opens the night, a light meal makes its way around the table, and each whiskey is tasted in order. Scores are recorded, stories are traded, and one bottle earns its place at the top of the ledger.
- The ThemeThe members vote on what the night will be built around.
- The Welcome PourA meet and greet before the formal tasting, revisiting bottles from earlier nights.
- The CocktailThe Cocktail Steward opens the evening with one classic, made properly.
- The FlightNeat pours in tasting order, scored one at a time.
- The VerdictMembers decide the night. Guests may score; the members settle it.
By the Numbers

Every member answers these aloud before the pin goes on the lapel.
- Sip with intention.
- Share what you know, and stay curious about what you do not.
- Honor the pour, the people, and the story behind the glass.
- Always leave the night better than you found it.
We do not chase the burn. We earn the finish.
